Advantages

Make Safety Requirements
Easier to Understand

Safety procedures are easier to follow when people can see the workplace, the hazards and the required actions.

Clearer Safety Communication

Show procedures, hazards and expected behaviours in the environment where they actually apply.

Consistent Induction
Deliver the same safety message to every employee, contractor and visitor, across shifts, sites and locations.
Built For Your Site

Use your actual facilities, equipment, processes and terminology instead of generic stock training content.

Easier to Update and Reuse

Create structured video content that can be used for induction, refresher training or internal learning systems.

Advantages

Industrial Safety Communication
Professional Production

We combine professional video production with experience in industrial environments, creating safety content that reflects the way your people, processes and sites actually work.

HSE-Focused Content

We develop the video script in collaboration with your HSE and operational teams, translating site-specific procedures, hazards and safety requirements into clear visual guidance. Your nominated representatives review the script and key content before filming, helping ensure the final video accurately reflects your workplace and established procedures.

Industrial Environment Experience

Filming in manufacturing plants, warehouses and other operational environments requires more than production skills. We plan around machinery, processes, access restrictions and site-specific safety requirements.

Minimal Operational Disruption

Experience in production facilities and working around machinery helps us plan filming around shifts, maintenance windows and site requirements, keeping disruption to a minimum.

Scenarios

Safety Communication
in Practice

Selected examples of safety and induction video content developed for industrial workplaces.

Contractor and Visitor Site Induction.

Challenge
A growing industrial site received contractors and visitors throughout the day, but a trained member of the site team was not always available to deliver a full face-to-face induction. The client needed a reliable way to communicate site rules, PPE requirements, access restrictions, traffic routes and emergency arrangements before people entered operational areas.

Solution
We developed a site-specific induction video that could be viewed at the gate, before arrival or as part of the client’s internal induction process.

Value:
Every visitor and contractor received the same essential first briefing. This allowed the safety team to focus on questions and site-specific supervision rather than repeating the same core information.

Team training

Contractor Induction for Food Safety and HACCP.

Challenge
A food manufacturing site needed contractors to understand that entering production areas involved food-safety responsibilities as well as workplace safety requirements. Short verbal briefings did not always give external maintenance teams a clear understanding of the hygiene rules, protective clothing, access restrictions and HACCP-related controls that applied during their work.

Solution
We produced a site-specific induction video showing the required behaviours in the actual production environment, including entry procedures, hygiene expectations, restricted areas and reporting arrangements.

Value
Contractors received a clear reference before work began, supporting a more consistent approach to food-safety and safety communication on site.

Visitor induction

Multi-Site Visitor Induction Programme.

Challenge
An international manufacturing group wanted visitors to receive the same core safety message and the same first impression of the company, regardless of which factory they visited. Existing site inductions differed in structure, visuals and emphasis, making it difficult to maintain a consistent standard across locations.

Solution
We created a unified video concept combining a shared corporate introduction with local modules covering each facility’s routes, access rules, PPE requirements and emergency arrangements.

Value
The programme established a consistent visual and safety communication standard that could be adapted locally without losing the group-wide identity.

Team training

Multilingual Safety Induction.

Challenge
A large international company employed a growing number of workers who did not always have sufficient confidence in the local language to follow safety briefings, written instructions or emergency information. The client needed a consistent way to communicate essential HSE rules in a form employees could understand before starting work.

Solution
We produced a site-specific induction video with multilingual voice-over, subtitles and localised on-screen content, using clear visual demonstrations of key rules, hazards, PPE and emergency arrangements.

Value
Workers could access the same safety message in a language they understood. The video supported onboarding and refresher training while giving supervisors a consistent starting point for further site-specific instruction.

Ecosystem

One Safety Standard
Every Language

We produce safety video wherever your sites are, not only in one country. Our teams shoot on location, so the video shows each workplace, its procedures and its emergency arrangements as they really are working with local crews where needed.

A shared core video carries the same safety message across your organisation, with local modules for individual facilities and procedures. Clear visuals and local-language versions help employees, contractors and visitors understand the rules before they enter a site or begin work.

Ready for Your Training Environment

Training videos can be delivered as standalone content or prepared for use within your existing LMS, intranet or internal training platform.

Content can also be deployed through Xperton.

Ecosystem

Extend Video into Learning.

Go beyond standalone video with interactive content, e-learning and structured learning delivery.
Combine Video Production, Interactive Content and E-learning Delivery as individual services, tailored solutions or a complete learning environment powered by Xperton.

Planning a New Safety Training Project?
From site induction and machine safety to multilingual safety communication, we create video content built around your workplace, procedures and people.
